Arctic Cool was founded in 2009 by Marcus & Elena Frost, two HVAC engineers who believed that the cooling industry needed to be rebuilt around one principle: customer trust first.

Starting with a single service van and a commitment to transparent pricing, we grew steadily — not through advertising, but through word of mouth from customers who experienced the Arctic Cool difference firsthand. Today, our fleet of 24 service vehicles covers the entire metro area with a team of 40+ certified technicians.
